The peculiarity of this large 110 square meter apartment is that you can admire the enchanting view of the countryside from its large terrace (100 square meters are uncovered, 50 sq.m. covered) for the exclusive use of the guests to enjoy and to use for meals or even barbecues. Candles and the evening light create a relaxing mood to be shared with family or friends. If dining inside is preferred, there is a large table in the kitchen while the sofas by the fireplace in the living room make for a cozy and relaxing area for conversation. Sleeping arrangements include a double room (either two twin beds or a master bed), a master bedroom (with the possibility of an extra bed), and a third double bedroom (two twins or a master bed). All two bathrooms have showers. A sleeper couch for two is also available. The apartment is close to the swimming pool. The entrance is at the main gate but it has its own driveway. Parking, also private, is behind the apartment within the grounds. Wi-Fi connection available.

This apartment has its own entrance and is split over two 50 square meter floors joined by a staircase. On the first floor there's a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a sofa bed (single) and a settee. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, oven, toaster, and table, while the master bedroom with closet is bright and has an incredible view. The full bathroom has a shower. The furniture is light and airy, and the main wall in the living room is decorated with a trompe l'oeil by Gloria Forti. All the rooms on the first floor enjoy an enchanting view that can be admired from a panoramic balcony, where it will also be possible to eat. Under the mansard roof on the second floor there's a both a bedroom with two twin beds (that if needs be can be united to make a master bed), as well as a maid's room. There's a table and a barbecue available in the shaded private garden for guests to use. All the rooms on the first floor have a stunning view. The pool is close by. Car parking and WiFi are available.
