The apartment, with an independent entrance, is located on the first floor where you can find a dining room, the living room with a fireplace, a single sofa bed, and an armchair. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, oven, toaster, and table, while the master bedroom with closet is bright and has an incredible view. The full bathroom has a shower. All the rooms on the first floor enjoy a remarkable panoramic view of 25 square meters, partially covered, where it's also possible to eat and sunbathe. The pool is not far away.
